Shipping Policy

Disclosure on Pre-Orders

All orders on the website are pre-orders, meaning that the money is first collected in order to buy the bulk and then shipped out to the consumers. This process takes longer but will ensure everyone can receive their order in timely manner. Production time for the pieces will take 2-4 weeks to complete. After this is done, the products will be shipped to us and will be packed, this will approximately take 1-2 weeks. After this, everything will be shipped and you can expect your product to arrive in less then 1-4 weeks, depending on where you are and what type of shipping is being used. 

 Shipping Rates

For most products, we charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders within Australia, regardless of the order value. The flat rate for international orders is $23, and for express $40. All these rates are subject to change especially when the customers put in their address.

Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping options.

Shipping Carrier

We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and safe manner.

Delivery in Adelaide

If a customer lives in Adelaide, they can opt to have their package hand-delivered and will be refunded the shipping costs. 

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international countries. Please note that additional fees and shipping times may apply for international orders. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on their orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the delivery status of your order. This can be done through the AusPost

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees that may be incurred as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Times

After items have been shipped from us, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take up to 21 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
